Users who will pay for the new feature by micro-blogging service would ultimately get access to enhanced features of Tweetdeck which is a platform to use more than one Twitter accounts. Tweetdeck already has advanced features than the common Twitter.com.
Twitter has not stated that it would ask all the users to pay for premium memberships, however, the scheme would aim at gaining more profit. The company is concerned about the future as many of its regular users have started using other social media platforms like Instagram and Snapchat.

Most of the Twitter users are renowned names including celebrities, politicians and organizations. The company stated that it was regularly conducting user research to gather feedback about people’s Twitter experience and the company was exploring several ways to make Tweetdeck more valuable for professionals.
Twitter sent an email to some of its valued users in which the company described how useful the new tool in Tweetdeck will be. It said, "This premium tool set will provide valuable viewing, posting, and signaling tools like alerts, trends and activity analysis, advanced analytics, and composing and posting tools all in one customizable dashboard.”
"It will be designed to make it easier than ever to keep up with multiple interests, grow your audience, and see even more great content and information in real-time,” the company added.
By launching the premium accounts, Twitter is all set to challenge key players like SocialFlow and HootSuite who relatively offer additional Twitter services to users. The critics also believe that the fierce competition with Facebook had forced the social networking site to take such initiative.
Some reports also claim that Twitter would be charging potential users about USD 20 per month for premium subscriptions.
